Corey did an amazing job of explaining why we were doing certain exercises and how long my recovery process would last. It was very obvious as to how much he cared about every single one of his patients. You are not just a number at Choffner PTSC but instead are treated as an individual with specific needs. His professionalism and expertise will not go unnoticed

Corey- thanks for all your help in getting me to this point and today’s discharge. I will keep working on the prone quad stretch and other home exercises to see if I can get some flexion Anybody on your team will be fortunate to have you. You bring a lot of experience, knowledge, and understanding to your patients. Thank you again for all your help! It is now 8 months to the day from my knee surgery and I am in Utah skiing. Today was day three of a ten-week stay and I wouldn't be here it wasn't for your efforts. Some days the knee is still a little stiff in the morning and sometimes a little sore, but I am out doing what I love to do.

Hi Corey, thank you for making me feel better. Corey Hoffner was my physical therapist after major back surgery, and also after that, for my hip with a labrum tear. Luckily, Corey provided an online PT for me during Covid-19, and I was so lucky he could do this. I was very happy and pleased with Corey because of him I am all better!  He is a professional,  is very knowledgeable, and always listened to my concerns. He shared and showed me exercises that Always made me feel better- even when the exercises were tough (yes being online too). I would go back to Corey in a heartbeat if I ever need PT again!
